ORDERs

It can take anywhere between 2-7 business days for NanaPunch to print apparel products, and 2-5 business days for non-apparel products. Most of our products are printed in 3 business days.

We offer both PayPal and Credit and Debit Card as payment methods.

Note that you have to create or log into your PayPal account in order to proceed your payment.

Your online transaction on Nana Punch is secure with the highest levels of transaction security currently available on the Internet. All credit card and debit card payments on Nana Punch are processed through secure and trusted payment gateways managed by leading banks.

There are NO hidden charges when you make a purchase on Nana Punch. The prices listed for all the items are final and all-inclusive. The price you see on the product page is exactly what you pay.

For now, NanaPunch doesn’t ship orders to Cuba, Iran, and North Korea. We ship internationally to all other countries!

Tracking numbers generate when a shipping label is printed at our facility – keep in mind the tracking information may not reflect any action for up to 24 hours after a label has been printed.
If it has been more than 24 hours since you received a shipping notification and the tracking still reflects no action or movement, contact us at info@nanapunch.com

REFUNDS

Nana Punch wants you to be satisfied with your new purchase. However, if you need to return an item, we’re here to help.
 
You can cancel an order up to 3 days after the purchase.
If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, simply contact us within 7 days from the receipt of original order and you can return the product and get a full refund or exchange the product for another one, be it similar or not.
We’ll make it as painless as possible with free return shipping
Any product you return must be in the same condition you received it and in the original packaging. Please keep the receipt.
For a full refund or exchange, items must be shipped back to us within 7 days from the receipt of original order.
Items cannot be returned or exchanged within 7 days from the receipt of original order.
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Return Guidelines:
Please send the returned merchandise back in its original packaging, and returned in the same new condition as when sold to you, including all packaging, parts, accessories, manuals, and documentation. We do not charge re-stocking fees. Your only cost for returning the item(s) is the cost of shipping your product back to Nana Punch.
Your RMA is valid for 7 days – please send the item back to us in a timely manner to be eligible for a refund or exchange.
Once the item is received, your refund, less any shipping charges paid on the original order, will be processed within 2 -3 business days.  If you are expecting a refund, we will issue the refund back to the appropriate account based on the original method of payment.  Please understand that it may take 5 to 7 business days for the bank to process the credit to your account.
We highly recommend using a shipping method that offers package tracking.   It is almost impossible to process a return or exchange if we have not received your merchandise.
 
Exchange Guidelines:
Exchange orders are processed within 3 to 5 business days once the returned item is received.
If you are exchanging an item and prefer not to wait for the item to be processed by Nana Punch (we understand completely!), please place a new order for the replacement item and we can process the original order being returned as a refund.
Your RMA is valid for 7 days – please send the item back to us in a timely manner to be eligible for a refund or exchange.
Once we receive your return, your refund will be processed within 2-3 business days.  We will issue the refund back to the appropriate account based on the original method of payment.  Please understand that it may take 5 to 7 business days for the bank to process the credit to your account.
We are not responsible for lost packages that have been marked as “delivered” by our shipping company or items not received due to the incorrect shipping address.
Please contact your local postal carrier in the event that your item is not delivered. We have no control or any details other than the tracking number once it is mailed.
If you receive a wrong model or design by mistake or a faulty, damaged product in the post, please send us a picture and your order detail. We will work out an exchange or a refund solution.
